What is an induction seal?

Induction seal is a process that can create a hermetically sealed container without any physical contact, which usually includes inserts that are composed of foil and other materials. The liner is located over the top of the container and then heats the induction. When heated, wax or other sealing substance heats up and firmly attached to the container. Since the induction seal is a process that does not require direct contact, the lid can be placed in front of the sealing process through the foil insert. This procedure is used to seal all a wide range of products, including medicines, food products, engine oil and more. The first induction sealants used the vacuum tube technology, although the device was soon introduced. Large units are able to automatically process containers using transport strips, although the harvest seals can also be performed by small, pocket devices. Later it is used to keep fresh food fresh for a longer period of time because of gamesmetically sealed nature of containers. Many events have led to the formation of drug -resistant seals. One of the preferred methods of creating these containers is an induction seal.

Materials used to create foil inserts can be designed to leave a visible rest on the container. If this rest is present when the consumer buys a medicine, it is clear that the product has been manipulated. Other foil inserts are designed to leave no residues, which is usually desirable in food packaging. If a large amount of rest remained, it could contaminate the food item or interfere with its use.

One of the primary advantages offered by induction seals is that no contact is required between heating and bottle. This can allow an induction seal to work with different container sizes and can also speed up the process. Because no physical is requiredContact, the vessel can leave the insert, placed the lid, and then pass under the induction seal everything on the same conveyor assembly line. For processes such as conductive seal, physical contact between the metal plate and the insert that can slow down the processing is required.
