1. Electrical control part:

3. Auxiliary devices:

This machine has auxiliary devices such as lubricating oil filtration and iron filings collection. While ensuring safe and high-throughput processing, the internal environment of the machine is cleaner and more hygienic, and iron filings are easily removed.

The main motor drives the nut rotating screw to move up and down, and drives the guide rails equipped with U and V broaches to complete the tool lifting and cutting process. The rotation of the lubricating motor drives the gear pump fed by coaxial coaxial rotation. The pumped oil is throttled and sent to the guide rail for lubrication, and at the same time, the cutting edge of the broach is cooled.
