What are the seven main biomas?
biologists have organized all their lives on Earth in four levels of complexity and interaction. In this scheme there are species of organisms in "communities" where they compete for food and habitat. At the next level of the community they interact in the "ecosystem". In addition to plants and animals, the ecosystem includes the weather and geology of the area. For example, a specific forest is qualified as an ecosystem. Then together, the ecosystems that share the main properties of the terrain create biom. Biom is unified by temperature, precipitation, soil type, vegetation, latitude and height. At the most macroscopic level, the biosphere of our country dominates, which contains all the life we know in space.
Biomas spread across the Earth's surface. This means that part of Florida Everglades has more in common with India in terms of ecosystems than with Georgia next door. The world of biomists allows biologists to study climate, geology, endangered species, agriculture and many related entities. Biomas were created in different stages of Earth's evolution, depending onThe presence of organic matter, water, tectonics of the plate and where, in terms of width, the terrain lies. Since the Earth is inclined to its axis and moves around the sun, the width can tell us how much light the surface will hit.
Seven main biomes are divided into six terrestrial (countries) and one water (water) biome. Water biom can be categorized as sea and freshwater biomes. The surrounding ground biome sometimes includes freshwater lakes, rivers, streams and underground aquifers. Earth biomes are tundra, rainforest, pastures (also called Prairia or Steppe), Taiga (boreal or coniferous forest), desert and mild (deciduous) forest. Some biologists define more than seven main biomas and add Chaparral, mountains, island or tropical dry forest. Other biomes are further divided, such as the Deep Ocean, Open Ocean and a Shallow Sea Biom of the Ocean or Hot and Cold Deserts.
