What is Pupfish?
Pupfish is a common name for a small killfish that forms a family of fish cyprinodontidae. Fish with beams are well known for hardness and are often found in waters where most other fish would die. There are approximately 100 different types of baks, especially in the United States. All fish species are small, the largest of about 8 inches (22 cm) and almost everyone is doing best in the brackish freshwater lakes, although some species occur in coastal sea areas. The species of baks was found in shallow, hot and extremely salty waters of the Death Valley, which makes them the only kind of fish known to survive in the harsh desert. These flasks are very small, usually grow only to about 2.5 inches (6.5 cm).
It is a silver look, with dark colored -covered side. The fish are modified and its mouth is inverted, features shared by many other species in the family. It is also a short -term species and most of them will not reach the whole year. DuringWinter months are usually lies with sleeping bending holes in muddy waters until spring, which is friction of the season.
Another prominent type of Kutlick is a devil's hole, named after its only known place, the devil's hole, a large geothermal limestone cave found in the Amargosa desert in Nevada. This kind of Pupfish is the smallest desert pubfish and is less than the thumb (2.5 cm) in length. It is similar to other fish species differently and has a large dorsal and caudal fins that blue in color, as well as the body of the fish.
The water of the devil's holes is extremely hot, usually culminating around 93 degrees Fahrenheit (33 degrees Celsius), which makes Pupfish one of the few fish species known to survive in water almost with cooking. The devil's hole is the only place where it is known that this species lives, making it a very rare fish. Since groups of wildlife began monitorObtain fish in the age of 90, the maximum observed population was approximately 500 and the number dropped up to 38. Efforts to maintain the population by introducing foreign food supply seemed to have helped stop further decline.
