What is the chiclets® gum?

In 1906, the manufacturer of rubber Frank H. fleer introduced confectionery coated, peppermint with flavor known as GUM Chiclets® Gum. Although the name Chiclets® was inspired by the natural resin called chicle , the real Chiclets® rubber uses another form of gum base. A number of different oil oils are added to this base, then the chewing gum is formed in a small rectangle. The special machine covers the Chiclets® rubber with a distinctive candy shell that adds both taste and portability to the mix. Other members of this conglomerate introduced other well -known gums such as Wrigley's® Chewing Gum and Juicy Fruit® Gum, but Fleer was looking for a way to prolong the life and taste of chewing rubber. Inspiration for Chiclets® gum came in the form of almonds covered in the confectionery shell, at that time popular refreshments. Fleer developed Ametoda for the use of a hard candy shell with his own additives to the base of the rubber.

When the Guma Chiclets® was first introduced on the market, the only flavor was mint and white was the only color of the shell. In the 1920s, however, GUM Chiclets® gum was available in various fruit flavors and the individual pieces were covered in a number of different colors. Chiclets® Guma has become increasingly popular in vending machines due to their prolonged durability and their engaging colors. Gum Chiclets® Gum has also become a popular mint after dinner and a mask for smokers' breath.

In 1962, the owners of Chiclets® Gum Mini Chiclets® introduced, who are still popular today in charity gums. Mini Chiclets® GUM offers the same flavors as conventional Chiclets® rubber, but users have the opportunity to mix different flavors or controls the amount of rubber that chews at once.

In recent years, the sale of Chiclets® Gum has been decreased in the United States, but it is still a strong seller in foreign markets, especially in the Middle East. In someThe terraces of the world are considered to be general for any brand or type of chewing rubber. GUM Chiclets® Gum is still sold in the United States, although it can be difficult to find on some shelves in stores. However, it can be ordered directly from the vintage website and wholesalers. There are similar gum products that have candies and widespread taste, but many purists of rubber consider the original Chiclets® rubber to be the best.
