What is the wicked material?
At work or participation in sports, many athletes and recreationalists decided to wear clothes from a grumpy material that pulled moisture from the body to make the athlete dry and comfortable. Some clothing made of annoying material is also waterproof, maintains external moisture from precipitation, etc. from the body. The general idea that the material for the carving is to keep it dry and comfortable to prevent friction and fluctuations in body temperature.
But synthetic fibers such as polyester and even Teflon Wool tend to be less comfortable than some synthetic materials, and although cotton can to some extent damp moisture, it is very slow and better used as a middle layer.
This material with moisture by stimulating capillary action - that is, the material in the shape of a tube that stimulates water to move away from the skin. Water generally moves downhill towards gravity like other substances, but when moving tubes tends to move upwardsgravitation. When the water binds the contact with a small tube -shaped fabric, the moisture is pulled from the skin and into the tube and keeps the skin dry.
The clothing made of carrier material is usually used, although not exclusively, in a layered system. For example, when participating in winter sports, many people will wear a base layer - a layer of clothing closest to the skin - to remove moisture from the skin. This base layer will then be worn under a warmer middle layer and a waterproof outer layer to ensure temperature, waterproof ability and blink. This is the best combination for outdoor sports in which the wearer must remain warm and dry. Maintaining Away moisture from the body maintains the body temperature of the wearer in fluctuations due to cold humidity on the skin.
Summer athletes also use clothing made of freezing material, either with layers or in itself. To prepare sports bras, shorts, athletic T -shirts and socks can be used a thin wick that can be used in conjunction with other layers or simply worn separately in warmer conditions. Especially useful are particularly useful because blisters and hot spots are more likely to form on the leg when the legs sweat and moisture remains in contact with the skin.
