What is the lucidum septum?
septum lucidum-so known as a septum pEllucidum-is a thin membrane similar to a sheet near the middle mobran, which is shaped as a tear. It lies under the corpus callosum-bands of the nerve sources connecting the left and right hemisphere of the brain-and over the fornix-colored in the shape of an arc connecting the left and right brain hemisphere-or the conscious mental center of the brain.
