- 2. Deepen the design phase
- (1) Determine the technical requirements to be achieved by the project according to the star-rated goals confirmed by Party A and the self-evaluation conclusions of green building stars;
- (2) According to the project work plan and schedule, complete the consulting work of architectural design, mechanical and electrical design, landscape design, interior design and other related professional deepening design. Complete the technical and economic analysis of the design plan; and implement the technical points, economic analysis, and related products of the adopted technology;
- (3) Party B will participate in the technical guidance of the complete modification of the construction drawings. According to the determined design plan, Party B will provide relevant technical documents to guide the design of the construction drawings into the green building technology and detailed concepts. Provide proposals for modification and improvement of construction plans and guide the design of construction plans;
