What is Bond's energy?

Binding energy is a term used in chemistry to describe the amount of energy needed to separate chemical bonds between atoms. It is defined as the amount of thermal energy needed to interrupt a specific amount of one -type binding and is expressed as kilojoules on the bond mol (KJ/mol).
