What is RCD Soket?

RCD Soket is a standard socket that includes an integral residual current device (RCD) that adds its standard ground failure functions. The RCD unit is an electrical device that prevents electric shock, fires and damage to the device automatically by reducing the power supply to the circuit if the imbalance between living and neutral wires is detected. Many industrial and domestic electrical installations include a central unit of RCD, which protects all outlets in the installation. The RCD socket is an extremely reasonable supplement to those who have no protection against ground failure outside fuses or individual circuit breakers.
