What is a strategic consultant?
Strategic consultants are consulting experts who help companies find answers to annoying questions about future business activities. An effective strategy consultant can cooperate with the client to assess the current state of the consumer market and find out whether it is time to move forward with such projects such as winning a competitor, restructuring of the corporate organization, starting a new product line or involvement in a large new public relations campaign. In this application, consulting focuses on the possible outcome of any strategy, provided that it has been made in the current set of circumstances.
