What is an economical program?
The modern economy cannot be maintained without a few modifications. One drastic form of economic adaptation can arrive in the form of extreme restrictions in government expenditure, especially on social programs and basic services. Such a heavy and rigid economic policy is known as an economical program. The austerity program is often implemented immediately after a costly war or at a time when the country's debts far beyond its potential income through taxation and selling balanced goods. Few political leaders are looking forward to limiting basic services, repairing critical infrastructure and social programs for the working class or poor. The aim is to tighten government expenditures for a short period of time until the country's debts are largely repaid. Life under the strictest economical programs after longer can lead to civic unrest or even a military coup. This form of tightening of the belt may be strictly necessary to restore the balance of the economy or can be politically motivated. Reducing the financing of art or social programs can be more convenient than limiting military expenditure, for example.
Earth creditors may also require its leaders to implement the program of austerity measures before the renewal of the loan. The same philosophy also applies to many large corporations that must accept their own austerity programs to qualify for government rescue or bank loans. Critics of this approach indicate that the working class and the poor bear most of the onslaught of government restrictions and citizens paying taxes are often forced to repay war debts incurred by former oppressors.
