Chapter III Declaration Conditions

(4) Each unit's project complies with national acceptance standards, the main structure has no common quality problems such as cracks, leaks, and seepages, and its equipment system is complete, meeting environmental protection and building energy-saving requirements.

(5) The project has won the excellent project of the competent department of the construction company listed on the prefecture level or directly under the provincial government. Article 7 The contracting, participating, supervising unit and project manager applying for the provincial excellent model project must meet the following requirements:

Article 9 Projects under any of the following circumstances shall not be included in the selection scope:

(1) Projects that violate legal construction procedures.

Article 10 Procedures for Provincial Excellent Model Projects:

Article 11 Contents of the Provincial Excellent Model Project Data:

Article 12 Requirements for the application of provincial excellent model project data:

(3) For the projects declared in each area, the original documents shall be verified by the Municipal Construction Industry Association. After verification, the copies shall be stamped and signed to confirm that they are consistent with the originals.

(4) For the projects declared by the provincial competent construction enterprise authorities and the provincial railway, transportation, water conservancy, electric power and other professional departments, the provincial construction industry association shall verify the original documents.

Chapter V Review

Article 13 The Guangdong Provincial Construction Industry Association conducts a preliminary review of the application materials of the recommended projects in accordance with these Measures, and informs the recommending unit of the projects that have not passed the preliminary review and returns relevant materials.

Article 14 The recommended project shall undergo on-site review after passing the preliminary examination. Article 15 Inspection methods and contents of substantive engineering:

Article 16 The expert group submits a written evaluation report according to the inspection situation.
