How to extend the life of flange bearings
Both buyers and sellers will care about the life of the bearing. For example: flange bearings mainly bear radial load, and can also bear radial load and axial load at the same time. But I don't know much about the life of flange bearings. Here are three measures to extend the life of bearings:
(1) In order to make the radial clearance between the bearing holder and the bearing ring larger than the eccentricity, the internal structure is improved;
(2) Using FEM analysis to improve the strength of the retainer by optimizing the shape and plate thickness;
(3) In order to prevent surface damage caused by reduced lubricant, a guide groove is designed in the bearing ring.
