What is a sliding door assessment?

The sliding door sliding controller is a mechanical device designed to open remotely and close access barriers such as gates and doors. These devices are usually driven by an engine and have a few mamins around which a continuous flexible belt runs. The brackets are attached to the zone and door so that the strip moves when the engine is turned and pulls the door with it. In general, at least two sets of warranty mechanisms that prevent the opening or closing of the door beyond the borders or collide with any obstacles in the track will be included. Many high -operation systems also include automated operation through sensors close to the opening and closing the door when someone is approaching or leaving the door area.

Sliding access doors for pedestrians in homes, shops and commercial complexes, as well as the doors on the extracts are very often automated and rely on the shifting door for their operation. These doors include most types of slidingH barrier, such asxterier units and double leaves and one or double pockets. The drives that operate these doors are more often than not, the types of belt and pulleys, although action members of the gear or pinion or worm are sometimes used on very heavy safety barriers.

The sliding controller with sliding doors to the belt and the Plain is the most common type of sliding door operator and consists of a closed square channel located at the top of the door sill, which contains the control mechanism. This mechanism is usually made up of a small electric motor located at one end of the channel that drives the dental pulley via a reduction gearbox. The gearbox allows the engine speed to reduce and at the same time increases the control torque. The second, uninterrupted guide pulley is located at the other end of the channel. A flexible rubber strip passes past both pulleyse set of flat holders connected by the pulleys.

6 In other words, when the engine turns in one direction, the door opens and when it turns, the door closes again. Fully open and closed positions will be controlled by a set of sensors that reach the engine after the lower points when they reach the door. Usually, another safety sensor is also included, which prevents the door from closing at any obstacle in its journey. Many sliding door drive systems, especially in very high areas of operation, include other sensors that detect people approaching and leaving the door, automatically open and close the door.
