What Is an Electric Steam Boiler?

Electric steam boiler [1] is a mechanical device that uses the thermal energy of fuel or other energy sources to heat water into hot water or steam. The original meaning of the pot refers to the water container heated on the fire. The furnace refers to the place where the fuel is burned. The boiler includes the pot and the furnace.

The hot water or steam generated in the boiler can directly provide the required heat energy for industrial production and people's life, it can also be converted into mechanical energy by steam power devices, or passed through
1. Fully-automatic intelligent control technology, no need to be on duty. The working mode is flexible and can be set to manual or automatic mode.
1.Security:
(1) The power supply voltage cannot exceed
(1) The operator must understand the working principle of the boiler, the location, performance and working methods of various accessories.
(2), check the combustion oil, wiring and various nozzles, power and burners,
1. When maintaining the boiler, the power must be cut off and the pressure must be released.
2. The burner should be removed from the boiler body every two months to carefully remove foreign matter such as carbon deposits and dust. The light-receiving surface of the photocell is wiped once a month, and the fuel filter must always be kept clean and filtered; carefully clean the filter inside the oil pump, and do not damage the gasket. The burner must not run dry without oil to avoid damaging the oil pump.
3. The water level meter should be kept clean at all times, and the cleaning valve should be opened and washed once a day to ensure that the water level is clear.
4. The safety valve is activated once a day to prevent rust and failure.
5. When the boiler stops running for a long time, the power should be cut off and the maintenance work should be done:
(1) Dry maintenance, discharge the boiler water after the furnace is shut down, rinse the dirt in the furnace, dry the boiler with a small fire (the burning time should not be too long, so as not to damage the boiler), and then exhaust all the boiler gas. After cleaning, close all pipeline valves and check every three months.
(2) Wet maintenance, suitable for boilers with a shutdown period of not more than one month. After the shutdown, the boiler water is discharged, drained and filled with fresh water, cut off the power supply, and closed the valve.
