What is traumatic sorting?
TRIAGE trauma is a form of medical analysis that emergency staff is able to make more easily identified whether patients need specialized trauma care or standard medical attention. There are a number of instructions that can be used to manage this type of sorting and different criteria can be used for younger individuals. It is similar to other forms of sorting that focus on categorizing injured people based on the immediacy of their need for medical care. However, trauma sorting is not focused on the immediacy of care, but instead it is used to determine whether someone requires care for trauma or not.
, while different countries and emergency agencies can use different instructions for managing traumatic sorting, there are relatively simple instructions in the US that can be used. These instructions are often provided to emergency medical technicians (EMT) and ambulance drivers, making them easier to determine where the patient should be accepted. Federal instructions in the USAJS are set centers for control and prevention of diseases (CDC) a jednotlivá pohotovostní oddělení často dodržují tyto pokyny. While specific situations, such as military fight and natural disasters, may require other forms of sorting, trauma is usually used on an individual basis.
Prvním zvážením v traumatickém třídění je obvykle fyzická povaha jednotlivce, s ohledem na fyziologické reakce. For example, if someone is visibly shocked and has an unusually high pulse speed or significantly reduced blood pressure, it may require trauma attention. Someone who shows a very low or very high breathing rate, or someone intubated to maintain open airways, also often receives care of trauma. Trauma is also considering head injury, including those that result in coma and spine injuries to evaluate the need for traumatic care.
apZranění rodičů se obvykle používají také při traumatickém třídění. Někdo s těžkým pronikavým zBy wounding the body or limbs or which has suffered traumatic amputation, it may also require trauma attention than medical attention in a standard standby device. The way the person has been injured can also be used with regard to help with trauma, and those who have been affected by a motor vehicle have been seriously burned or falling for a long distance may require trauma care.
Sorting can also use separate standards for juveniles and adults. For example, in the US, juveniles under 16 are often evaluated on a separate scale based on various physiological parameters for children. Once the treatment of trauma is determined as needed, patients are usually transported to a specialized trauma care facility. This often ensures greater success in treatment, as such devices can provide services that standard emergency rooms may not be an annual provision.
