What is the derailleur?

overproofer is often erroneously called the device controller, although it is actually what it does. It is part of the driving tract on the bike that moves the wheel forward; This device moves the wheel string through the gear to move it - or move it - to a higher or lower gear.

There are two classifications of derailleur: front and rear. The front derailleur connects to the wheel frame, most often via a round clamp that attaches to the seat tube, or a vertical tube into which your seats slide. It uses a metal cage to push the chain chain from the smallest gear on the crank set - also known as the front set of gears, usually a set of three - to the center and then to the largest and vice versa. The front is used to modify, with large jumps, your pedal cadence from very easy to very hard. It looks very different from the front version: while the rear derailleur has a cage, it uses a set of two pulleys to guide the chain through it. This system helps to occupy in a string whenmoves from the largest gear on your rear cassette - or clump of gears - to the least. The rear version is packed with spring, as well as the front version to help in this process.

The rear derailleur adjusts the cadence of the pedal in smaller jumps. When you use the controller for the handlebars to move the derailleur from the largest gear to the smallest, you will need to be harder to move the bike. The smallest gear in the rear is therefore your most difficult equipment and the largest gear is your simplest equipment. The exact opposite is true for your front chains: the smallest chain is your simplest equipment and your biggest chain is your most difficult. Using the controller to the handlebars to move Ynaša derailleur, you can accurately adjust how hard or how easy you want to pedal.

in rule, never move the rear derailleur to the smallest gear if the front is also in your smallest equipment and vice versa. This is called cross chaining and can damage your string and your wheels. If you are on a bike, move your front deraver to the middle chain and leave it there while learning to adjust the rear derailleur to one of the wheels on the rear cassette.
