What is the hip joint?

HIP joint is a joint consisting of articulation of the femur, long bones in the leg, with pelvis. This joint serves a number of functions in the human body and is one of the strongest and most durable joints. The side is designed to carry considerable stress and pressure. The side is also one of the areas of the human body that shows sexual dimorphism, and the sides of men and women are proposed slightly differently due to the need to accommodate pregnancy and birth for women. It is a ball and drawer, while the head of the femur was inserted into the drawer of the formed pelvis bone. In adults, the pelvis bone was completely combined and added stability to the joint, while in children the pelvis joining is not yet complete. In another example of the differences between men and women, in women, there is a cartilage that connects the bones in the pelvis during pregnancy to slightly disintegrate, which destabilizes the hip joint and is responsible for the significant walks that women gain during pregnancy.

bones inThe hip joint is covered with a layer of hyaline cartilage, also known as joint cartilage. This cartilage is smooth and very durable, designed to move without friction and held under compression, stress and pressure. The joint bones are further stabilized by ligaments and muscles that hold the bones in place and allow the side of the full range of movement.

One of the primary functions of the hip joint is the stabilization of the body. The human body had to develop considerable adaptations to walk upright, and the hip joint is one of the most important adaptations, stabilizes the body and evenly distributes the weight of the upper body. The joint provides stability when someone is stationary or walking, which is one of the reasons why it needs a network of bonds for support.

The

hip joint also also provides a range of leg movement. The construction of the ball and the socket allows femur to move in different directions, while some people, such as dancers and practicing yoga, develop an even greater range of movement. This range of movement allows ifDem to walk, run and get involved in a number of other activities with their feet.
