What Is a Conditioned Response?

The response surface refers to the functional relationship between the response variable and a set of input variables (1, 2, 3 ... k): = f (1, 2, 3 ... k). The statistical model of the twin-screw extruder based on the response surface method can be used to control the extrusion process and predict the extrusion results.

Experiment design and
For constructing higher-order response surfaces, there are two main problems:
1. The number of samples will increase significantly. In addition, the general experimental design will be worse.
2. High-order response surfaces are prone to vibration.
What does the response surface say?
In the analysis of multi-factor quantitative treatment experiments, the regression relationship between the test index (dependent variable) and multiple experimental factors (independent variables) can be analyzed. This regression may be a curve or surface relationship, so it is called response surface analysis. For example, crop yield is related to the amount of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium fertilization. Regression analysis can be used to establish a regression relationship between yield and fertilization factors, so as to obtain the optimal fertilization formula.
In regression analysis, observations can be expressed as: where is the function of the independent variable and the error term.
In response surface analysis, we must first obtain the regression equation, and then obtain the optimal value by reasonable value of independent variables. This is the purpose of response surface analysis.
