What is a general strike?

The general strike is a stopping of work involving the entire workforce in the region rather than being isolated on workers on a specific industry or workplace. General strikes were used as a tool for organizing work within the 20th century, when they became less common. In some regions, people can use this term to refer to strikes that relate to everyone in a particular department, industry or workplace than the workforce as a whole, although this use is technically incorrect. Many people involved in the strike may not have a strike of personal concerns that have decided to participate in solidarity for workers who have a share. Workers are not the only people who participate. Sometimes students are a general strike parties, refuse to go to school and instead attend marches and assemblies. The aim is to completely disrupt the community until the desired result has been achieved. This tends to lead to greater pressure on people or industries that are required to make reforms for theirworkers. Since the members of the general public are unpleasant or there are threats of public health due to the stopping of services such as garbage collection, negotiators are subjected to careful inspection.

General strikes sometimes bounce. In some cases, the extensive striking for a long time continued and no concessions were made, and people eventually returned to work, even if they did not achieve their goals. Sometimes the public sentiment turns against the attackers, usually because people are frustrated by inconvenience and public members can demand that the attackers return to work, even if they have not been resolved.

Call for a general strike is quite rare for various reasons today. Trade unions usually work very hard to avoid situations where they must demand strikes and can try to intervene themselves without inviting other workers to strike in solidarity. PublicIn some regions, no disturbance associated with these strikes is considered dangerous and undesirable, and the head of the trade unions must consider strokes with caution to support them during a working event, according to the public.
