What Does a Docent Do?

Lecturer, pronounced jing sh, is a secondary school teacher secondary to associate professor. Foreign name electurer. 1.University
Those who meet three of the following conditions can be promoted to the rank of lecturer.
1. Backbone of school education and teaching, able to work as a class teacher, annual assessment is excellent for two consecutive years, or accumulated three years in the past five years (must be excellent in that year);
2. Won the honors of outstanding teachers above the municipal level, outstanding young teachers, outstanding educators, outstanding head teachers, advanced moral education workers, new talents in education, provincial spring silkworm award, city new seedling award, top talents above the county level, model workers above the city Title person
3. Those who have read or collected thesis at the professional academic conferences above the provincial level or won the thesis, or published more than two articles in the newspapers above the provincial level, or have written a textbook for this major at or above the technical secondary school level;
4. The main contributors of education, teaching and scientific research achievements won the provincial and ministerial fourth prize, the municipal and prefecture third prize, and the county (city, district) first prize and above. Or the class and the instructed group won the first or second prize in the provincial (including the Provincial Education Committee) competition, or more than two students who were tutored won the first or second prize in the province;
5. Graduated from college for more than 10 years to work in this major or graduated from technical college for more than 15 years.
