What Is the American Land Title Association?

Privately owned land in the United States covers 58%, mainly in the east; federally owned land accounts for 32%, mainly in the west; state and local government owned 10%. Land is dominated by private ownership, and state-owned land accounts for only a small part of it. The United States has the most free land system in the world. Land ownership is divided into underground rights (including underground resource exploitation rights), ground rights and above-ground space rights (including building size, shape, etc.). These three rights can be transferred separately. The government does not have Arbitrary requisition and demolition. [1]
