What is a condom?

condom is a cloak made of latex, polyurethane, polyisoprene or lamb leather that creates a barrier between the penis and vagina, rectum or mouth to protect against pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases. Most commonly used are male condoms that fit over the penis, although there are also condoms for women. The female condom looks like a flexible tube and has one closed end that is inserted into the vagina, and one open end that fits around the entrance to the vagina. Choosing a condom to protect pregnancy is suitable for many pairs because condoms do not require a prescription. They can be used at the time of sexual activity instead of requireing daily, weekly or monthly use as other methods of birth control, such as Birth control tablets, patches and vaginal rings.

Most people do not experience any negative reactions in using condom, although some are allergic to materialLY from which they are made, especially latex. People with latex allergies can choose condoms made of other materials. The lamb condoms are made of sheep's intestines and do not cause irritation for people with latex allergies, but are not suitable for protecting against sexually transmitted diseases because they have small holes that can slip the virus. However, the holes are too small for sperm, so these condoms are effective in protecting against pregnancy.

pairs that decide to use a condom have many options. Condoms are available in many different brands, sizes, colors and textures to suit the preferences of different pairs. There are dry condoms, but lubricated condoms often increase sexual activity both partners.

Most countries have agencies and organizations that regulate the sale of condoms and test quality products. The World Health Organization has recommended the requirements for the quality of condoms that many countries monitor. These procedures include product testing for PRAssuming pressure and detecting defects that could cause products to be ineffective.

female and male condoms should not be used simultaneously. Condoms containing spermicide nonoxynol-9 are not recommended for pairs using condoms for nothing but protection against pregnancy, as the chemical may increase the risk of HIV closure. It is also important to correctly deploy condoms according to the instructions to increase their efficiency, which shows that it ranges from 85 to 98 percent, depending on the brand and if properly used.
