What is a fracture?

Fracture-Dislocation is a type of injury in which fracture bone and dislocates. The fracture is usually located near the joint and can prevent the doctor from re -setting the dislocation. The fracture may need to be solved surgically so that the bone fragment is completely removed, allowing the dislocated joint to be re -set. Broken dislocation is likely to be quite painful and the healing time for this injury will be quite lengthy compared to a simple fracture or dislocation. The joint will have to be immobilized for a significant time to support healing. Both injuries are often connected and occurred at the same time, although each injury will be different. In the best case, the fracture does not interfere with the re -settings, but often the fracture will have to be solved, sometimes surgically, so that it can be successfully re -set to dislocation. Fracture treatment generally includes one of two courses: for less severe fractures, bones can heal itself by calm and pain pain; For heavy fracturesThe bone immobilization will be necessary, followed by an operation in which screws or plates are installed or bone fragments are removed.

Of course, this means that the dislocation may not be completely solved until the operation is performed. This can lead to permanent tissues surrounding fracture damage and the patient may experience stiffness, pain or chronic pain after healing the injury. There may be a loss or reduction of mobility even after sufficient healing time.

Physical therapy will be necessary after Ocation's fracture had some time to heal. The ligaments and muscles surrounding the affected area will lose strength and mobility that will have to be rebuilt, but it should not happen until the doctor does not determine that it is safe for the patient to start rehabilitation. This physical therapy should be performed under the guidance and supervision of an experienced physiotherapist; Exercise on your own can lead to againfor fracture injuries. Recovery from this injury will take anywhere from a few months to several years, and therapy can incorrectly stretch the recovery period even further.
