What is innate deafness?
Congate deafness is a lack of hearing at birth. This term does not mean a specific source of deafness and the cause is not limited to genetic factors. The treatment of congenital deafness varies depending on the cause of deafness and the strategy received by the parents of the deaf child. Deafness is a complex social problem and physical characteristics, and both problems are often played in the treatment of congenital deafness. For example, Mondini dysplasia is a cochle deformation that can cause innate deafness. The use of mothers or alcohol, uterine infection, or lack of oxygen can also cause deafness in infants. In these cases, perhaps a deaf child may not have any deaf relatives or be deaf. There are a number of conditions that are inherited and cause fools and hearing loss can be present in one or both parents. Recessive and dominant genes can cause deafness and it is possible that the same set of parents can produce auditory and deaf children.
Congenital deaf treatment is usually more successful when it starts early in the child's life. Cochlear implants are one of the possibilities of treating deafness in infants, but they are not available to people in many parts of the world, nor are they without complications. Congenital deaf children can also be taught sign language from an early age, which can equip them for life in the world of hearing. Various cultures often have different programs for deaf children, which may include special school and medical programs.
Some deaf parents believe that having children who were born intensely deaf is more advantageous before the hearing of children. These parents can trust them to be better equipped to raise a deaf child than hearing, although hearing children can also learn sign language. Some families include many generations of deaf members, and for these families, the education of deaf children may not be considered a health problem at all. Yet the question is whether parents have the right to choose a deafEmbrya or refuse to seek the treatment of their children, a highly questionable ethical problem with the valid points of both parties.
