What Is Involved in Measuring Enzyme Levels?

Sequencing enzyme is a chemically modified T7 phage DNA polymerase. This enzyme originally had a strong 5 'exonucleic acid activity, and after modification, most of this activity was eliminated. Sequencing enzymes have a strong ability to continuously synthesize, have a high polymerization rate, and are widely tolerant to dNTP analogs. They are the enzyme of choice for determining long DNA sequences. (Zhang Lin) [1]
