What is placental disturbance?
placental abortion is a complication of pregnancy that can occur after 20 weeks. This complication occurs when the placenta separates from the uterus before it would be in normal pregnancy. Placental disruption is also called abuptiio placentae and less commonly placenta previa breptio. This condition may be fatal for a woman or fetus unless it is flew with it quickly. The primary function of the placenta is to provide an exchange replacement, thanks to which nutrients and oxygen are transmitted from a woman to the fetus and which the waste products are transmitted from the fetus to the woman. In a healthy pregnancy, the placenta begins to form when the fertilized egg is implanted in the uterus and does not disconnect only very shortly before birth.
ABLOPS Placentary occurs for reasons that are not well understood, but there are some known risk factors. Diseases such as diabetes, arthritis, heart disease and hypertension may increase the risk. Women who smoke, abuse alcohol or use cocaine, also have an increased risk of separation of placenta.Other possible causes include traumatic injuries to a species that could occur in a traffic accident or fall.
Risk of fetal or mother mortality from placentate disruption is low if medical treatment is quickly obtained. This condition has the potential to be fatal if it is not treated, so a pregnant woman should not hesitate to look for emergency medical treatment if she experiences any symptoms. The following symptoms may indicate the separation of placentate: uterus cramps, uterine contraction, vaginal bleeding, back pain and abdominal pain.
Tests used to diagnose placental capture usually include blood tests and ultrasound. Blood tests are used to check the levels of blood clotting and other blood products such as hemoglobin and plates to see if abnormal bleeding occurs. Ultrasound is performed to confirm the placenta placement and to exclude other conditionalPoor diagnosis.
6 Some women must be hospitalized for treatment, such as blood volume and fetal health monitoring. The aim of treatment is generally to maintain pregnancy as long as possible to ensure that the fetus is mature enough to survive after birth.
