What Is a Computer Simulator?

Computer simulation (sim for short) is a method of using a computer for simulation. The simulator developed by computer software can be used for complex simulation tasks such as fault tree analysis and testing of VLSI logic design. In the field of optimization, simulations of physical processes are often used in conjunction with evolutionary calculations to optimize control strategies. There is a special type of computer simulator: a computer architecture simulator, which is used to simulate another computer with incompatible instructions or a different system on one computer. Alan Turing once proposed: Machine A or Machine B (of different systems) does not consider hardware and speed restrictions, and can theoretically simulate each other using instructions (that is, Turing machines). In reality, however, speed and hardware must be considered.

Emulator
The simulator contains many components: one that simulates many original machines
The only thing the emulator lacks is the ROM image, which is the program in the original arcade game. Making specialized simulation machines is often expensive and difficult, so using a computer to simulate is the cheapest and most convenient way.
The following is a list of home / handheld simulators commonly used on PCs. Perfection refers to a horizontal comparison in game simulation speed, picture quality, game compatibility, operation complexity, and holding functions.
Driving simulator
A driving simulator is a mechanical device that simulates the driving experience and is used to train the driver indoors. The driver will not be injured by an accident during simulated driving.
Flight simulator
Flight simulators are often used to train pilots to fly aircraft in extremely menacing conditions. For example, no forced landing of the engine, failure of electrical equipment or hydraulics, etc. The most advanced flight simulator has a highly realistic vision system and hydraulic motion system. The operating cost of a flight simulator is often lower than the actual operating cost of a real trainer.

Sailing simulator
Similar to flight simulators, sailing simulators are used to train crews. The most common navigation simulators are bridge simulators, engine room simulators, loading and unloading simulators, and communication / GMDSS simulators. Navigation simulators are mainly used in maritime colleges, training institutions and the navy.
Calculator simulator
When the calculator leaves the factory, you need to write a user manual for it. The screenshots are obtained from the calculator simulator. On the computer, the calculator simulator, as an application, runs fast, has many advantages, and can be regarded as a practical tool.
