What are the different types of cabin for car spraying?
There are several types of car spray cabin used to paint vehicles, each with its own practical advantages. The most economical of all cabins for car spraying and a commonly used beginner stand is an open spray stall style. Other types of cabins for car spray are cross flow or cross flow and spray cab down. Other stalls are used for powder colors and are usually used to paint the vehicle and partial assemblies. Booth works by attracting fresh air through the open queue, through the working area and out through the exhaust fan in the rear wall of the paint cabin. This style of the paint cabin acts as a means of lintel from contamin for the rest of the store. Booth does nothing to prevent contaminants to settle on a painted vehicle because air stretched into an open stand is only as clean as the rest of the air in the garage.
Cheap and commonly used, fully enclosed style of Car Cross spray stand. This style of the paint cabin attracts air through a filtered input on one side of the cab and eliminates the air with another filtered exhaust ventilation on the opposite side of the color of the color. A large, electric motor powered by an exhaust fan is usually mounted inside the exhaust ventilation and pushes the excreted air into the garage or outside the building through the pipe system. The main advantage of this type of cab over the open front structure is to remove the particles of dirt, insects and other airy residues from the inside of the lacquer cab by pulling the air through the suction filter.
Downdraft Car Spray Booths are a top line and can be purchased in several configurations at different price levels. With a modified Dowdraft stand, the stand is drawn to the stand fresh by air from the filters with the highest suction mounted and is excluded by the vents at the ends of the stall. Medium annual downdraff stand stretches air through top filTry and eliminates it by filters located along the sides of the stand. The top -of -the -range lines and the most expensive of all car spraying cabins is a bomb from a litter downdraft that excludes the exhaust to the area under the floor of the booth.
