What are the different ways to treat bruises?

bruises or bruising occur when small blood vessels or capillaries under the skin are torn. This is usually the result of a trauma to the body and often leads to blue, purple or brown patch visible under the upper layer of skin. Without any type of treatment, bruises usually occupy up to a week or more, but at a certain treatment, this healing process can be shortened by days. LED, compression and heat are some treatments that many doctors believe can heal bruises faster. Other herbal and folk remedies were also used to treat bruises. It can be in the form of an ice pack, ice cubes or bags of frozen vegetables wrapped in a towel. This ice package should be wrapped in a towel and applied to a damaged area for no more than 30 minutes. This usually reduces any swelling in the area and prevents the formation of the main bruising.

Immediately after the ice, and the doctors believe that the application of an elastic bandage can also help heal bruises. Elastic bandageY around the affected area can compress the blood vessels under the skin. This may result in less blood leak from small blood vessels and reduce or eliminate the color of bruises.

Several days after application of ice packages and compression bandages, it is also possible to apply heat to help treat bruises. After the swelling has fallen, a heating pad or hot dishwasher can be applied to the bruised area. If you do so, it will expand the blood vessels and reduce blood clotting to improve circulation. This can result in a smaller color and a shorter duration of bruises.

One of the most popular natural or homeopathic bruises is Arnica. Arnica is also known as Wolf's Bane and it is a plant with bright yellow flowers. These flowers can be toxic, if Ingested, but many times, Arica comes in cream or gel to help treat bruises.

Cream

Arnica should be strained to a bruised area every few throwsn all day. Along with the reduction of pain and swelling, it is also believed that this herb reduces the color of the bruise. Other folk remedies to heal bruises include the location of various substances on bruising, including butter, vinegar, cabbage, mustard and onions.
