What is the transmission of the dumps?

Tiller is a gearbox that provides a rototiller with different speeds, as well as the possibility of moving forward and backward movement. The transmission, which usually offers two or three speeds ahead along with one or two return speeds, allows the user to power through a very hard ground by slowing down the drilling movement and providing multiple contact with TINE in the minimum area. The fastest speed provided by OJE transmission is usually used to transport DJs to and from the garden area. In some draft designs, transmission is nothing but a number of pulleys and rubber belt. This function allows the operator to stop the movement of the machine forward and provides the opportunity for cultivation to constantly chop a very hard piece of the country at rest. Tiller tips, or part of the drawbar that are chopped on the ground, is not influenced by the transmission of the dumps. The nurses are commonly operated from a direct drive gearbox that is connected separately from the transmission. The operator normally applies the power supply to the tips by compressing the manual pto engage the driving drive system.

In some draft designs, it includes a change in the device when transmitting the dumps in the transmission of the drawbar to move the drive belt from one pulley to another. Pulleys provide different drive ratios and act as transmission when the ratios change. Some of the more advanced versions of transmission are actually hydrostatic drive and work very similar to automatic transmission with the ability to move on the flight. Many of the first versions of the transmission were drive units that were unable to change the gear without getting to the complete stop first.

gear -controlled gears usually use the shear pinching the transmission before potential damage due to contact with a large rock or other object that could prevent the spikes from completely rotating. The advantage of the belt drive system is that the belt is able to slip instead of damage to the drive system. This function contributes toThe fact that the belt drive is used on models powered by a tractor mounted. The main drive on this type of OJE is usually the driving shaft leading from a tractor power unit that connects to the belt drive system. Transfer of OJE in this type of machine can benefit from the application of new belts at the beginning of each gardening season.
