Banqiao District is a district of New Taipei City, the seat of the New Taipei City Government, and the best place in New Taipei City. Itabashi is located in the center of New Taipei City's main population and business hinterland. With the input of major public construction, it has recently become one of the major satellite cities in Taipei Metropolitan Area in recent years, and has gradually become the political and economic center of New Taipei City and the west bank of the Tamsui River .
