How can I create a company's vision?

The company's vision is a statement that summarizes the purpose of your company. The statement must inspire employees, instill confidence and represent your business mission. The process of creating a society's vision may be direct, but requires creativity, clarity of mind and willingness to take risks. There are three steps to create a company's vision: Brainstorm about business identity, identify a key message, and communicate the message.

The first step in brainstorming is to turn on your creative thinking process. Warm up with the Association of Words, Poetry Kamikaze or Brainteasers. Combine a group of creative people to help with this process. Move outside your comfort zone and don't be afraid to try new things. First create a list of at least three main drivers. These drivers are items that are the main activities of the source every day.

Further, Brainstorm about what you would like to say about your company. Define what is the highest praise for you and how important feedback from customers for business is. Then createCorrect the list of the toughest critics you have ever received in the company.

Send these items to large sheets of paper and place them on a large wall. Highlight all the verbs yellow and underline the adjectives in red. Evaluate verbs and adjectives to learn more about how others see your company.

Create a proposal to see a vision. Create a list of reflectors that include all points to brainstorming. Working with your creative and executive team to narrow the statement to one or two sentences.

Ask your powerful staff and select customers to check the statement and get a sincere evaluation. The vision makes no sense if there is no speaking and customers. Create the Focus Group and check the feedback on the company's vision and make adjustments if necessary. Include your vision into your business identity.

leave itPost in the entrance track to your offices. Place it in all business publications. Repeat a statement of vision in communication to employees and customers. Use a statement to send a business mission. Evaluate new ideas and projects in terms of compliance with the company's vision.
