Collective responsibility system A principle of responsibility in a cabinet government. The content is: all members of the cabinet are responsible for all decisions of the cabinet, must accept without exception, defend and implement the decisions of the cabinet, must not doubt or oppose the decisions of the cabinet, or the member must resign. This principle developed into a principle recognized by the cabinet government in the middle of the 19th century. There have also been exceptions to the allow for differences in the cabinet, but they are short-term and uncommon. Same as "collective responsibility system". [1]
