What is peaceful education?

Peace education is designed to change the cultural tendencies of children so that future generations are less violent and more oriented to harmonious coexistence. It was originally designed to alleviate the possibilities of nuclear Holocaust and reduce the chances of the global war. Over the years, peace education has developed to offer a more complex set of skills, including interpersonal techniques for dealing with people every day and learning children to maintain internal peace. Groups that prefer peace education think that this knowledge will eventually lead to peace society. In cultures, it often focuses more on peace education, where there is a lot of war or ethnic tension.

One of the basic aspects of peace education is to teach children to be more tolerant of differences in other societies. Throughout the teaching of these skills may vary depending on the teaching of culture. Teachers will generally try to find a specific way of solving personal prejudices and any regional problemin a given population. Sometimes contributions to specific cultural tendencies will be provided to achieve a more effective result. Peace education focused on one society could seem offensive to the surface of people in another society, but in general it focuses on achieving the same basic goal.
