What is the Rem behavior disorder?
REM behavior disorder (RBD) is a disorder of sleep or parasomnia that occurs during REM sleep. A person with RBD will act his dreams, often a violent physical way, and this may include loud screams or growl. There is no known cause of Rem behavior disorder that was first described in 1986. Sleep Nrem or impatient sleep of the eyes has four phases and each phase has its own unique properties.
