What Is Tardive Dystonia?

Delayed dystonia is an extrapyramidal side effect caused by long-term use of antipsychotics. Its main clinical manifestations are: persistent cramps in certain muscle groups of the neck, trunk and limbs, leading to persistent torticollis, neck back or forward flexion, twisting and twisting of the trunk, inconvenience of limb movements and strange postures.
