What is web streaming?
Web streaming is a process of delivering multimedia - usually sound or videos - via a global website. Streaming the web requires three things: a media source in a format that can be streaming; server software that can stream it; And a client or player who can play it on a user or other device such as a smartphone or an internet radio receiver. The client is often a plug-in that runs in a web browser, but can also be a reserved media player. Players include functions like Rewind, pause and fast forward.
The streaming media may not be downloaded and stored on a local computer. In fact, it usually cannot be stored on the computer. Once the media is streaming, it is stored in a temporary storage space called buffer in order to display it or listen before loading the entire file. In general, a few seconds of the media are balanced before the file playback starts. Website streaming may be on request or live. With live streaming, the user hears or sees the media when recording. For example, when the lecture is streaming live, sound and video are captured as data. The data is compressed and sent from the web server to the viewer client, which decompres it and presents it on the screen and via speakers. The viewer can watch a lecture in almost real time, even if it takes place halfway around the world.

Services such as YouTube and Vimeo provide web streaming on request: the user chooses a video you can watch and play in the user's media player. As with live broadcasts, the video is not stored on the user's hard disk but remains onWeb server. It can be played again and again, revive the hall and play later.
Website streaming is most common in sound or video files, but you can also stream menus with stock and other text data. TV and Internet radio streaming use web streaming to deliver video and sound for entertainment and has many uses in research, science, business and education. Some of these uses include web conferences, telemedicine and distance education.
