The entire process of the coal preparation plant is described as follows: The raw coal in the coal storage yard is evenly fed into the raw coal belt conveyor through the coal feeder, and the raw coal is transported to the screening and crushing workshop by the belt conveyor. The flotation tailings flow into the tailings pond of the concentration workshop and are pumped to the thickener. The two thickeners are standby for each other to ensure that slime water is not discharged in the event of an accident in the thickener. The underflow of the thickener is dehydrated by a filter press located in the main factory building, and the filter press slime is transported to the main factory building for sale. The overflow of the concentrator and the filtrate of the filter press flow into the circulating pool in the concentrating workshop, and are pumped to the jig for recycling. The low-pressure air for the jig is supplied by the blower through the air bag. In the entire coal preparation plant, all the slime is recovered in the plant, and the washing water is circulated in a closed circuit. Under no circumstances is the slime water discharged.
