What is Shaper?

Shaper is a machine that cuts the teeth to the outer or inner screw and promontory with a cut battle equipped with the teeth of the same pitch and shape as the completed device. The bit returns vertically in relation to the transmission empty, cutting off some material on each pull down. Once the downstroke is completed, the bit moves away from the empty and rises for the next lift. Once at the top of the upstole, the bit moves back to the position and moves down to make another cut. During this process, the gap is turned to facilitate the cutting of the teeth around the entire perimeter.

There are several different engineering processes that go to the production of Ostroh and Helical gears, chain and shelves. Shaper Gear is one of the more common these machining processes and can reduce external and internal transfers of all sizes. Unlike rotary processes, such as hobbing, uses a gear cutting bit that monitors the return vertical path Cut the teeth of the toothed wheel. The cutting bit is equipped with cuttingWith edges similar to teeth of the same pitch and shape as with completed equipment and travel vertically on RAM reciprocity. The transmission rotates around its own axis in the machine, but the position does not move during cutting.

During cutting operations, the Shaper gear will place empty transmission and cut on the parallel axis in the same way as the completed, meshing gears. The cutting cycle begins with a bit down against the perimeter of an empty device with the resulting removal of the nominal amount of material. At the bottom of the stroke, the bit moves to a short distance from the empty device and raises to the top of the stroke. There it moves back to the cutting position and decreases again to make another cut. During this process, the gearbox rotates to strengthen the cutting position.

This process is repeated continuously until the entire gear circuit is cut. During cutting, the bit is also progressed towardEmpty equipment, which gradually deepens the cuts until the equipment is completed. During cutting, a constant stream of oil is directed to the direction of the section, which is banged and facilitates the cutting and removal of cords or metal chips. Very large gears are usually cut or rough cut before final completion on the gear to speed up production. Most gear shapes are powered by Numerical computer control systems (CNC), which provide extremely accurate and accurate control process control.
