What Is the Molding Pressure?

Pressure forming hfr.'SSl1rP Tpl'1311I1}., Also known as pressure forming. It is a method in which a plastic sheet is thermoformed to obtain a desired product, and the molding pressure and the demolding force are derived from compressed air. The sheet is clamped in the mold h, heated to a certain temperature and softened, and then compressed air is passed to make it adhere to the mold surface. After cooling, the compressed air is used to blow out the product through the bottom of the mold. This method can produce larger products with thicker sheets, and has the characteristics of fast heating speed and higher pressure than vacuum forming [1]
