What is the pressure on forming?
Formation pressure usually refers to measurement of force in the injection molding machine. When injection, the plastic resin is melted and pushed into steel or aluminum molds and produces small plastic parts. The mold pressure determines the force of the molten resin is forced by the machine and injected into the waiting mold.

The pellets are then heated to a certain temperature and melts. Inside the machine, the forming pressure determines the speed at which the material is walked through a large, rotating screw or ram and injection into the mold. The mold is usually a steel or aluminum block that is excavated in the opposite shape of the item to be formed. After the molten plastic is injected into the mold and then cools down, it corresponds to the shape and has part of it.

If this happens, the pressure on the formation should increase. Once the form is full, the pressure is reduced and remains at the level while the parts cool. Once the plastic cools down, the mold is open and part is fired from the machine.

Pressing pressure on the injection molding machine is regulated by a pressure scale and can be naprogramazed at a certain pressure speed. The smallest amount of pressure required to fill the mold should be used. This means that the smallest amount of energy will be spent.
In the US, pressure is measured in pounds per square inch (dogs). In many other countries, pressure is measured in bars. The bar equals 100 kilopascals or approximately measurement of atmosphere pressure on the sea level.
