What are mites?
Miti (subclass Acari) is an extremely diverse group of arachnids that are closely related to spiders and scorpions. They are small and ubiquitous - although the room looks perfectly clean, it is home to tens of thousands of small mites. These creatures are one of the various subclass of life with more than 45,000 known species, and the estimated total is close to a million.
