What is an Astronomical Occultation?

Occultation is an astronomical phenomenon that refers to the phenomenon of obscuration caused by the passage of one celestial body between another celestial body and the observer. In general, the masked person has a larger visual area than the person being masked. (If it is the opposite, it is called "Ling". For example, Venus Lingri, "Ling" has the meaning of bullying.) Some astronomy enthusiasts think that the solar eclipse is also a kind of lunar eclipse.

Planets sometimes obscure stars, and Venus once obscured in 1959
The Big Occulting Steerable Satellite is a planned artificial satellite that will be used with telescopes to observe exoplanets. The satellite consists of a large, lightweight film, a set of thrusters and a navigation system. It can move between the telescope and the star's line of sight, blocking the star's radiation so that its planet can be observed.
The planned satellite is 70 meters by 70 meters and weighs about 600 kilograms.

The above phenomena have limited observable areas, but even if they are located in observable areas, if the time of day occurs, the phenomenon will be difficult to observe.
