What is black light?
black light is a bulb with an inner coating that limits wavelengths that can pass through the glass. It releases very small light visible to the human eye and gives it its opposite name. Instead, black light emits mainly ultraviolet (UV) or black light radiation that cannot be seen. However, some colors and pigments absorb invisible light and then discharge it, causing a glowing effect. These lights are often used for entertainment purposes, but those that produce medium and short -wave rays use forensic and other types of scientists and healthcare workers.
How does it work
black light wavelengths begin at one extreme end of visible light in the range of visible light (HEV) with high energy. Hev waves are detected by the human eye like deep blues and violets. These wavelengths eventually become so short and scattered that they are no longer visible. These lights are shining with a muffled with a dark blue or purple glow, which is sometimes referred to as blackBlue light.
Traditionally, black lights were made of special glass called Wood's Glass, which allowed to go through UV and infrared (IR) headlight. However, this type of glass is not very strong, so special coatings are now commonly used on bulbs to prevent visible light. There are both bulbs and fluorescent black lights, although bulbs usually burn much warmer and after a shorter time than standard bulbs. Mercury steam lamps are commonly used for theater displays because they more efficiently produce the necessary type of UV light.
Fluorescent black lights are some of the most common types because they are almost identical to common fluorescent bulbs. The pipes contain a small amount of mercury, which mostly release UV light when it turns from the liquid. Standard lights have a phosphor coating, which is a compound that responds to UV emitting visitorthe light of light. In black lights, a different type of phosphorus that increases UV is used. Some organic compounds, fungi and bacteria shine in exposure to this light, help medical experts see the extent of some types of infections. The light that emits the UV-B rays of the middle wave between 314 and 280 nanometers is called black light with medium wool. These types can cause radiation of certain body fluids (also called luminescence). Investigators of the crime scene and forensic laboratories often use such lights to detect blood, saliva, sperm and other fluids. Some people use them to find places where pets urinate to clean the area.
The black lights of the middle wave are also used to identify anti-centered markers in the currency and detect art counterfeits, including security. Treatment with UV-B can also help people with certain skin conditions such as psoriasis and vitiligo.

Safety measures
