Huawei Consumer Business is part of Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. and is one of Huawei's three core businesses. The products fully cover mobile phones, mobile broadband and home terminals. The consumer business started at the end of 2003. After more than ten years of development, the global smartphone shipments in 2013 ranked third, and mobile broadband terminals ranked first in the world for several consecutive years. Among the top 100 global brands announced by Interbrand in 2014, Huawei became the first mainland Chinese company to be listed. [1]
