In order to implement the strategic deployment of the Fourth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Party, and further promote the role of lawyers in safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of employees, resolving conflicts in labor relations, and promoting social fairness and justice, And Management Measures ", the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, the Ministry of Justice, and the All-China Lawyers Association decided to launch the fifth" National Outstanding Lawyer for the Protection of Employees' Rights and Interests "selection activity.

The relevant matters are notified as follows:

1. The All-China Federation of Trade Unions, the Ministry of Justice, and the All-China Lawyers Association have jointly established a leading group for the selection of "National Outstanding Lawyers for the Protection of Employees' Rights and Interests" and its office (list attached).

2. It is proposed to select 10 National Outstanding Lawyers in Protecting the Rights and Interests of Employees among the outstanding public lawyers and social lawyers who have made outstanding contributions and achieved outstanding results in the field of safeguarding the rights and interests of employees.

3. Candidates for National Outstanding Lawyers for the Protection of Employees' Rights and Interests must meet the following conditions:

(1) Support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, support the socialist rule of law, be loyal to the Constitution and laws, conscientiously implement the party's line, principles and policies, have high political awareness and professional ability, and resolutely maintain the harmony of labor relations and social stability;

(2) to abide by the standards of lawyers' professional conduct and professional ethics, adhere to the facts as the basis, take the law as the criterion, and earnestly perform the lawyer's responsibilities;

(3) In the past two years, I have handled or led the team to handle labor dispute cases to protect the rights and interests of employees and have reached a certain number and quality, which has a prominent and positive social impact nationwide;

(4) Dare to uphold principles, maintain fairness and justice, help the poor, help the poor, take on social responsibilities, be enthusiastic about the cause of employee rights protection, and have a high degree of recognition among employees and union organizations.

4. Lawyers who have won the honorary title of "National Outstanding Lawyer for Protecting Employees' Rights and Interests" may participate in the selection again.

5. The provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government, the judicial administrative organs, and lawyers associations may jointly or separately recommend candidates to the office of the leading group. The number of candidates recommended jointly shall not exceed 3; the number of candidates recommended individually shall not exceed 1 for each unit.

Public lawyers and social lawyers who meet the conditions specified in this notice may recommend themselves to the office of the Leading Group as candidates.

6. The provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Federation of Trade Unions, judicial administrative organs, lawyers associations, and self-referred candidates should submit a hard copy of the candidate recommendation form or self-referral form to the Leading Group Office before May 31, 2015. The deadline for submissions is May 31. The mailing time indicated on the postmark of the paper version of the candidate recommendation form or self-recommended form shall prevail.

7. The Office of the Leading Group shall, in conjunction with the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, the Judiciary Administration, and the Lawyers Association, conduct qualification reviews and performance inspections of candidates recommended and recommended by each locality.

For candidates who have passed the qualification review and performance review, the Leading Group Office selects the best candidates for review review.

8. According to the public announcement of the formal candidate list, after the review by the leading group, determine the list of "National Outstanding Lawyers in Protecting Employees' Rights and Interests".

The All-China Federation of Trade Unions, the Ministry of Justice, and the All-China Lawyers Association issued a decisive decision to award the honorees with the title of "National Outstanding Lawyer for Protecting Employees' Rights and Interests" and award honorary certificates.

The National Outstanding Lawyer for the Protection of Employees' Rights and Interests that meets the conditions of the National May 1st Labor Medal shall declare the National May 1st Labor Medal in accordance with relevant regulations and procedures.
