- (1) Responsible for leading the membership team to market research and analysis, and to deepen market resources.
- (2) Assist the general manager to formulate annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans, and reasonably set personal task indicators based on each person's ability; set individual monthly sales targets for membership consultants; and complete and exceed business indicators.
- (3) Monitor and check the effective data of the sales system, follow up and evaluate the effective data in sales.
- (4) Supervise the job responsibilities of all membership consultants and the implementation of the sales process.
- (5) Follow up all the skills training of membership consultants and monitor whether they are accurate and in accordance with the company's policies and training procedures.
- (6) Responsible for daily departmental meetings, record employees' daily work situation, and track and evaluate the actual sales of the membership consultant department.
- (7) Responsible for understanding the psychological literacy of department employees, adjusting their mentality, and emphasizing the teamwork spirit of membership consultants to inspire enthusiasm and momentum of membership consultants.
