- The applicant must be a Chinese resident or a Hong Kong, Macao and foreign national holding a residence permit in the Mainland, over 30 years old, and meet the following conditions:
- Bachelor's degree, more than 7 years of housing management or related work experience (real estate industry, investment industry or banking industry), of which two years is management experience; or
- Master or PhD in management related majors, more than 5 years of housing management or related work experience; or
- Master or PhD in management related major, more than 3 years of housing management or related work experience, and have contributed to the housing industry, such as publishing articles, books, and holding important positions in housing agencies; or
- No relevant undergraduate degree, qualified national real estate appraiser, national land appraiser, national registered builder, national property manager, and more than 7 years of house management or related work experience; or
- No relevant undergraduate degree, more than 5 years working experience in real estate investment and financing or development and operation management, including more than 3 years of senior management work experience.
- Step 1: Fill in the qualification review form in detail (requires true and detailed fill in the form) and submit a copy of the academic certificate and organization chart (clearly mark the individual's location)
- Step 2: Qualification review
- The applicant must check whether it meets the requirements to become a professional member of CIH. If in doubt, ask for qualification review
- The review cycle is about 3-5 days
- Eligible people can participate in the training
- Step 3: Register for payment and submit relevant information
- Pay tuition and certification fees
- Original and photocopy of resident ID card, 1 2-inch photo
- Step 4: Training
- Completed all class hours, attendance rate exceeded 90%, and was awarded a certificate of completion
- Step 5: Submit your paper
- Write a thesis under the guidance of a learning center. Thesis is about 6000 words, which should be submitted within 3 months after the course
