The applicant must be a Chinese resident or a Hong Kong, Macao and foreign national holding a residence permit in the Mainland, over 30 years old, and meet the following conditions:

Bachelor's degree, more than 7 years of housing management or related work experience (real estate industry, investment industry or banking industry), of which two years is management experience; or

Master or PhD in management related majors, more than 5 years of housing management or related work experience; or

Master or PhD in management related major, more than 3 years of housing management or related work experience, and have contributed to the housing industry, such as publishing articles, books, and holding important positions in housing agencies; or

No relevant undergraduate degree, qualified national real estate appraiser, national land appraiser, national registered builder, national property manager, and more than 7 years of house management or related work experience; or

No relevant undergraduate degree, more than 5 years working experience in real estate investment and financing or development and operation management, including more than 3 years of senior management work experience.
