What Is a Proximal Femoral Fracture?
Proximal femoral fractures are fractures of the diaphyseal portion of the femoral tuberosity. Proximal femoral fractures are classified differently. From the analysis of prognosis and rehabilitation difficulty, they can be divided into the following types: Simple horizontal, oblique, or spiral adaptive compression nails Combined steel plate for internal fixation. The lateral sphenoid bone fracture screw fixates the sphenoid bone, which becomes a simple fracture, and then undergoes restoration and plate fixation. The fracture of the medial sphenoid bone was reconstructed and the medial bone was reconstructed, and the plate was used for internal fixation. The crushing fracture determines the order of restoration and internal fixation according to the condition of each bone mass. Screws and steel plates are generally used in combination. The treatment of this type of fracture mainly uses nail plate internal fixation.
